We’re confident that once you work with a really great travel agent, you’ll never want to book a cruise any other way. We pretty rarely encounter a deal that qualifies as a “no brainer,” but this is absolutely one, because it’s effectively FREE money. Small World Vacations’ fares are exactly the same as Disney’s; there are no other hidden markups or extra fees. The onboard credit is a bonus you won’t get booking with Disney. While most food and snacks on Disney Cruise Line are included, some options are not, including Frozone Treats. This small snack stand whips up poolside smoothies for an extra cost that can be charged to your onboard bill.

With so many exciting voyages, there’s no better time to cast off with Disney Cruise Line on the family vacation you’ve been dreaming about. The domestic offer for select sailings with savings up to 30% off the prevailing rate remains available for select voyages. The staterooms on Disney Cruise Line ships are made with families in mind. They provide enough space for everyone to be comfortable when getting ready, spending time in the room, and going to bed for the night. Additionally, there is plenty of space for all of your luggage! The raised beds provide space underneath to store all of your suitcases and bags.

Guests under 18 years of age must have parent or guardian permission to call. Marvel Day at Sea is available on select 5-Night sailings to The Bahamas and Western Caribbean from Fort Lauderdale. One of the restaurants will be open for drop-in, sit-down meals during breakfast and lunch as well. Proof of Canadian residency will be required at time of check-in. If booking through Disney Cruise Line’s Contact Center, you must mention code CAN. Offers may be applied to existing bookings if requested by caller. This offer cannot be combined with any other special offer or discounts, or onboard credits. Before we look at the discounts and special offers that are available for Disney Cruises, let’s first take a look at how much a Disney Cruise costs without any discounts.
The venue is one of the rotational dining restaurants on Disney Fantasy and Disney Dream. One of the best things about a cruise is the food, especially if you're sailing on Disney Cruise Line. The real question is whether you want to spend more on the base cruise fare to immerse yourself in the world of Disney versus paying less for another family-friendly cruise line.
What's included in the price of a Disney cruise?
For instance, many people drive to Fort Lauderdale or Port Canaveral if they already live in the southern U.S. Driving can save money versus flying, and you might not have to stay in a pre-cruise hotel if you can drive right to the port. Depending on the cruise you pick, getting to and from the home port can be easy or take a little longer — and that can impact the total cost of your Disney cruise. Hello, I'm Alison a Disney Cruise and Travel Blogger with over 40 cruises and more than 30 years of Disney travel experience. I share tips, reviews and videos so that you can have the best Disney travel experience.
Disney Cruise Discounts for Disney Visa Cardholders
Disney Dream and Disney Fantasy both have a virtual sports simulator that requires a reservation and a fee. You can play various sports, from football to golf, for either 30- or 60-minute time blocks. Cost varies based on time, sport and number of people playing. Kids can also play dress-up and get a full regal or pirate (only available on Pirate Party Nights) makeover at Bibbidi Bobbidi Boutique, found on every Disney ship. Depending on the package you booked for your child, expect to pay $100 to $450 for each makeover.
Night Bahamian Cruise on Disney Wish
All offers are based on select sailings and categories and are subject to availability at time of booking. Expedia has the same base prices as everyone else, but occasionally they will have their own additional offer, like onboard credit or extra Expedia rewards points. As of April 18, 2024, the following cruises had availability in the Restricted Guarantee categories. The travel agency we personally recommend here on MouseSavers.com, Small World Vacations, offers an onboard credit of $50 – $1000 when you book through them.
Night Mediterranean Cruise with Greek Isles on Disney Dream
The basic premise is that the older the child, the more you will pay to add them to a stateroom. We found that adding a 13- to 17-year-old (or an adult) will cost between 60 and 77% of the fare paid for the first two passengers in the cabin, depending on the length of the cruise. Adding a 3- to 12-year-old will cost between 57% and 74% of the base fare and adding a 1- or 2-year-old adds 33 to 44% of the base. They are usually fairly last-minute offers, most typically no more than 6 months in advance.
For example, we priced out a three-night weekend cruise departing on the same dates for Disney Wish and Royal Caribbean's soon-to-debut Utopia of the Seas. We found that Disney was almost $500 more expensive for the same weekend, cabin type and length of sailing. Utopia of the Seas came out to $2,850.10 for two people staying in a balcony cabin, while the Disney Wish cruise, also in a balcony room, cost $3,337.20. Important DetailsProof of Florida Residency for at least one adult in each stateroom must be presented at time of check-in. This offer excludes Disney Treasure sailings departing December 21, 2024 through January 4, 2025. The special offers listed below are available to book today while inventory lasts.
If you don't have a sea day on your itinerary, brunch might be served on a port day. On a recent cruise, I made a reservation for brunch at Palo when the ship was docked in Nassau, Bahamas. The dining room is also open for breakfast and lunch for table service meals in a beautiful atmosphere. The breakfast menu is the standard fare, though do look out for the pastry plate that is walked around by a server and try one of the sweet cinnamon rolls. Lunch is a three-course meal with a rotating menu throughout the cruise.
The casual eatery has a variety of breakfast options, including an omelet station, Asian favorites like congee and fried rice, and a kids station with pancakes and Mickey-shaped waffles. Lunch is a bigger deal here with a carving station, a salad bar, an international station where I've had great Indian food and a dessert bar. For lunch, you can try out a variety of salads, sandwiches and pizzas. If you're looking for something heartier, try the carving station near the back of the buffet. The classic kids menu options of macaroni and cheese and chicken strips are readily available as well. Be sure to find the towering piles of crab legs and poached shrimp that grace the buffet line as well.
Disney cruises are packed with family-friendly programming, but adults can find spaces and events geared just for them in the adult-only nightclubs and lounges on board. Live music, interactive games and shows are only some of the nightly activities. If you're looking for a cheap Caribbean or Bahamian sailing, consider a three-night Bahamas cruise on Disney Magic starting at $1,500 for an inside cabin for two people.
