We need an additional $30,000 for non-facility licensing compliance preparation, such as program materials development and ongoing staff training and education. This will more firmly establish Kelly House in the Omaha community as a credible provider of supportive housing and adult day programming to adults in Omaha who suffer from mental illness. It will also help us more firmly establish the Kelly House Program as the model for successful expansion into more facilities. In addition to its residential program, Kelly House also receives limited funding from the State of Nebraska to provide day programming (adult day care services) to selected individuals who reside at Kelly House.

Op-Ed: Harvey Weinstein’s latest trial and the ritual of degrading women in court

After years of this roller coaster of a life, some of these individuals realize that the long climb up the mountain called recovery is a task they can’t accomplish on their own. They realize that they need much more help than they ever thought they would need, or have ever sought before. The finishing touch to this architecturally significant home is the rare location – less than 2 blocks to the sandy beaches of the Pacific Ocean and one-half mile to Main Street shopping and dining in historic downtown Half Moon Bay. Editorial: Reversal of Harvey Weinstein’s conviction is disappointing, but a fair justice system is important

Less than a week earlier, it turned out, the young woman had been raped by a stranger on the beach. There is always going to be plenty to do in this house, where the original all-wood galley kitchen, separated from the living room by a serving hatch, is too small to be functional for a modern family. A much larger kitchen—with 1970s cabinetry installed by the previous owners—and an adjacent family room are buried in the interior of the house. It’s small, as it was adapted from a therapy pool installed for Mrs. Harvey when she was recovering from a stroke, and it cannot be enlarged because of building regulations.

Showcased here as the first of its kind to be built on the coastside, the solid steel construction is perfectly suited to the coastal climate for maximum durability and provides the highest standards of energy efficiency. Every aspect for clean living has been considered – from the sustainable materials used to the integrated systems behind the scenes for heating and cooling – a clear statement that elevates “green” to a new standard of living. Even the existing lockup demonstrates the traditional gentry role of maintaining local law and order as Justices of the Peace. Generous contributions of time, money, and talent from the Omaha community and beyond have helped our program grow, improve and expand. In 2001, with the generous support of family and friends from Gig Harbor, Sitka, and Omaha, the Edward and Willa Kelly Community Collaborative, Inc. was founded in honor of Ed and Willa. Originally founded to offer assistance to youth, the organization later broadened its focus to provide affordable housing opportunities to low income families. Still later, that focus was narrowed to provide affordable housing opportunities to those most at risk for homelessness, including veterans, young adults exiting foster care, adults exiting the criminal justice system, and adults with mental illness. It was with that goal in mind that Kelly House, a supportive housing program for men aged 19 and older, was founded. In addition to its supportive housing program, Kelly House currently operates a state-approved adult day program, funded in part by the State of Nebraska Title 20 program, for qualified Kelly House residents. Due to limitations of the current program, we are unable to offer these services to nonresidents.

Another $30,00 is needed to purchase and develop program materials, meet state licensing requirements and to provide adequate training and education to staff. This will establish Kelly House as a self-sufficient facility and as the model for successful expansion into more facilities. These individuals are ready for Kelly House and Kelly House is designed to partner with them. They are humbled and submitted, ready to partner with the people at Kelly House who care, who understand their personal mountains and who are equipped to support and share in their journey back to a life of dignity, purpose and hope. Since opening its doors in April of 2012, the 14-bed capacity Kelly House Supportive Housing Program has been home to approximately 150 men, providing guidance and support as they learn to cope with mental illness. In 2014, Kelly House was approved by the Nebraska Department of Health and Human Services to provide Adult Day Care Services to its residents, as well as a limited number of non-residents.

He is the founder and has been Executive Director of The Collaborative since 2001. Family mornings can be enjoyed in the octagon-shaped breakfast room and the vast living area with grand piano looks like it has been designed for incredible party evenings. The sleek, warm and inviting, 5-bedroom, 4-bath design is flexible and open with a strong connection to the outdoor spaces, providing the ultimate in natural light and views while still maintaining privacy. European avant-garde cabinetry and plumbing fixtures are modern and functionally beautiful. Hardwood and Neolith concrete floors seamlessly tie every room together in quiet harmony, and entire walls of glass enhance the minimalist perspective.

We have small booklets detailing the history of the house and the Kelly family for sale at our events and tours. Sir William de Kelly began to build the church next to the house in 1252. Many family members are buried there, and the family has remained closely connected with it ever since. When the Reverend Maitland Kelly inherited the estate in 1900, He acted as “Squarson” ( squire and parson) for a time before appointing a new Rector. Hundreds of the most beautiful historic houses, castles, and gardens across Britain offer our members free entry.

It is our hope that by achieving the goals of our strategic plan, The Collaborative can scale services with additional facilities to meet the needs of both men and women who are learning to cope with mental illness in the Omaha homeless community. The Collaborative needs $75,000 to achieve the goals of our strategic plan for Kelly House, primarily to expand its Adult Day Program. $45,000 is needed in order to make the necessary exterior and interior upgrades to the building in order to create a state-approved adult day program that will be open to both Kelly House residents and nonresidents.

It’s press for the public record, for the American people so they have transparency. The house is one of a series Lautner created in LA, his most famous being the Chemosphere house overlooking Beverly Hills. The researchers also figured out that two of the programs for men cost taxpayers  less than the average annual cost of incarceration, which now stands at more than $132,000. In the Butte County facility, the average cost per inmate was $48,000 a year, while the average cost per inmate at the Los Angeles County Amity facility was $38,500 a year, according to the study. The researchers recommended that California expand the programs and conduct a more in-depth analysis of the costs and benefits, especially around recidivism.

The most recent state data shows that California’s recidivism rate fell from 44.6% in fiscal year 2017 to 2018 to 41.9% in fiscal year 2018 to 2019. The state uses conviction rates within three years as its primary measure of recidivism, and arrests and return to prison as supplemental measures. Data cited by the state shows that participation in both programs helped reduce repeat offenses — and could possibly save California some money. Care team members regularly meet to review, evaluate, and direct your individual care plans. The core team may include a physician, nurse, medical social worker, and spiritual counselor, each with a specific role. Made-up of medical and other professionals, the hospice care team provides comfort care with an emphasis on quality of life. Everlast followed up this success by collaborating with Santana on the track "Put Your Lights On" on Santana's 1999 album Supernatural. It charted at No. 118 on the pop chart, but did considerably better with rock radio airplay, peaking at No. 8 on the Mainstream Rock Tracks chart. "Put Your Lights On" won Best Rock Performance by a Duo or Group with Vocal at the 2000 Grammy Awards.

Are there any hidden meanings within the song?

She added that the department is looking at preliminary recidivism rates for its parole program called Specialized Treatment Optimized Programming, for individuals released in the fiscal year 2018 to 2019. This examination comes after a CalMatters investigation found that the state was not collecting data on whether participants of that program were finding jobs or going back to prison. One person, sometimes a spouse, adult child, or hired caregiver is the primary caregiver.

The lyrics of “House of Pain” explore the metaphorical concept of life as a tumultuous journey filled with obstacles and challenges. It presents the idea that pain and suffering are inevitable aspects of the human experience, but they also serve as catalysts for growth and transformation. The “house” mentioned in the song symbolizes the inner struggles and hardships faced by individuals as they navigate through life’s ups and downs. Aispuro, who has been with the department for 19½ years, put out an emergency broadcast that included a description of the Camry, Luna said.

Fashioning themselves as rowdy Irish-American hooligans, they toured with various hip hop and alternative rock bands after their breakthrough. Their second album, Same as It Ever Was, was released in 1994 and went gold despite minimal airplay and no major hits. On the release date of their third album, Truth Crushed to Earth Shall Rise Again, in 1996, Everlast announced his departure from the group and House of Pain disassembled. From this point on, the status of the group would seem to be in the past tense, though the members would continue their careers separately.

Everlast echoed similar sentiment on the status of this feud, stating in various interviews that he felt everything had been said and he would now refrain from further responses. However, following Eminem's disses towards them on "Quitter", Evidence of Dilated Peoples responded with the track "Search 4 Bobby Fisher". In addition, Salazar, who served time at the prison in Chowchilla, has been pursuing a degree in psychology by taking community college classes. That is made possible by the California College Promise Grant, which waives enrollment fees for eligible state residents.

Inside Harry Styless Chic Real Estate Portfolio

harry styles house

Harry’s House is bright with synths and horns, often steeped in slick, sticky synth-pop and R&B. You almost expect to check the credits and find Greg Phillinganes and Rod Temperton in there with Styles’ longtime songwriting collaborators Kid Harpoon and Tyler Johnson. A deep cut from One Direction's second album, Take Me Home, "Over Again" features an impressive solo from a then-19-year-old Styles. This song takes listeners on a nostalgic journey, looking back to the happier days of an ill-fated relationship, yearning for the ability to rewind time to a point before the love story unraveled.

The recently renovated $2.45 million home is owned by Spanish singer Lourdes Hernández and her husband, Zach Leigh, according to the New York Post. The single-story residence sits on a quarter-acre lot and, per California standards, has a swimming pool, a hot tub, a built-in BBQ grill, and a covered patio. Inside, the home’s classic contemporary details include an open-plan design with vaulted ceilings, skylights, and hardwood floors.

Dig into 10 songs that showcase Styles' musical genius, from smash hits like "As It Was" to beloved deep cuts like "Fine Line." The boy bander turned rock star hasn't said too much about his next LP, the follow-up to 2019's Fine Line. But amid his Coachella teasers and his fitting Better Homes & Gardens cover story, there's still plenty to divulge for fans before Harry's House arrives. The luxurious property, which measures 4,400 square feet, features four bedrooms and six bathrooms. Additionally, it had large bedrooms with ensuite baths, community tennis courts, a gym, and private 24-hour security.

To Pimp a Butterfly singles "Alright" and "These Walls" earned Lamar three more GRAMMYs that night, the former winning Best Rap Performance and Best Rap Song and the latter taking Best Rap/Sung Collaboration (the song features Bilal, Anna Wise and Thundercat). He also won Best Music Video for the remix of Taylor Swift's "Bad Blood." The song's dynamic energy is further amplified by the rich supply of classic rock-inspired guitar grooves. While Styles hasn't revisited the raw sound of "Kiwi" much since, it serves as a reminder that he can tackle any creative technique he desires. Styles' emotionally charged vocal delivery accentuates and intensifies the profound sense of melancholy that is being relayed in the song. The depth in Styles' voice invites the audience to connect and empathize with the song's heartbroken narrative — a trait that still permeates in his solo ballads today.

Along with touring, Styles has co-starred in the psychological thriller Don’t Worry Darling and romantic drama My Policeman since the release of Harry's House. He also expanded on his fashion ventures, co-releasing a Gucci collection with fashion designer Alessandro Michele in Nov. 2022. James Corden may have jokingly made a video for Harry Styles' "Daylight" in three hours, for $300, but that's not the end of the story — Styles has finally finished the job. He also extended his love and gratitude to his fiancée, Whitney Alford, and shouted out his Top Dawg Entertainment labelmates. Lamar specifically praised Top Dawg's CEO, Anthony Tiffith, for finding and developing raw talent that might not otherwise get the chance to pursue their musical dreams.

That's because the star wrote and recorded nearly every song with Tyler Johnson and Thomas Hull (better known as Kid Harpoon), two of his closest collaborators on Harry Styles and Fine Line. Styles' first and second albums, 2017's Harry Styles and 2019's Fine Line, paid homage to Joni Mitchell and David Bowie, both classic artists who inspired the singer. The 27-year-old pop star is a multi millionaire and was worth an estimated £80 million in 2020. His property empire on this street alone is worth around £15 million.

The sophisticated, historic unit at 443 Greenwich is in a newly renovated 19th-century redbrick building that was formerly a factory that has been used by bookbinders and drug, glass, and toy companies. Today it has been transformed by architect and interior design firm CetraRuddy into a luxurious residence that houses the who’s who of Hollywood. “443 Greenwich is such a unique and magical building,” says Nancy J. Ruddy, founding principal and executive director of interior design at CetraRuddy.

Where does Harry Styles live in the UK?

In this article, we'll look at Harry Styles' current residences as well as his past properties. Styles next invested in an ultramodern Hollywood Hills mansion, a luxe gated lot perched above the famed Sunset Strip, for which he forked out $6.9 million in 2016. The 4,400-square-foot contemporary four-bedroom, six-bathroom estate is sleek, spacious, and splashy, with a home movie theater, a chef’s kitchen, a penthouse primary suite, and a kidney-shaped pool with a spillover spa.

"I think by buying the other half of the house he’s just completing the picture and presumably restoring the house to the mansion that it once was." A local estate agent told the Evening Standard that Harry was just "completing the picture" by buying all three houses. He is rumoured to have moved to the secluded street, a private road not accessible to the public, due to his issues with a stalker that targeted his previous London house. Last year Styles bought a third property on the same street in Hampstead, North London, next to his existing houses on the road. The residency tour dates follow his successful headlining performances at Coachella.

The album debuted with the best first-week sales in Styles' career. It debuted at number one on the UK Albums Chart with 113,000 album-equivalent units, becoming the fastest-selling and best-selling album of 2022 in the country. It also debuted at number one on the US Billboard 200 with 521,500 album-equivalent units, including 330,000 album sales. It debuted at number one in various other countries, including Australia, Belgium, Canada, France, Germany, Ireland, Italy, the Netherlands, New Zealand, Spain, Sweden and Switzerland. There is a 71-foot swimming pool, a Turkish bath, the fitness center, the 5,000-square-foot roof terrace, and the complex's central courtyard.

Styles was linked to Olivia Wilde in early 2021, and the two appeared to get real serious real quick. Though they haven’t purchased anything together, the photogenic pair reportedly shacked up at Styles’s manager Jeff Azoff’s Hollywood Hills home while working together on Wilde’s new movie, Don’t Worry Darling. The three-bedroom, two-bathroom midcentury-modern residence is low-key compared to some of Styles’s previous digs, measuring 1,378 square feet, with a pool and spa. The couple also reportedly rented a chic five-bedroom house in Los Feliz for $10,000 a month. He offered him money for a hotel or food and, in the coming weeks, began to see Tarazaga-Orero around regularly. He began showing up at Styles’s local pub up to four times a week, entering the establishment “anywhere between a minute and two minutes after [Styles] arrived”, leading the pop star to believe he was being followed.

However, Styles' parents separated when he was seven years old, and as a result, he was raised and educated at Holmes Chapel School. Here are some photos of Harry Styles' $8 million home in Sunset Strip, Los Angeles, California. It’s thought the neighbouring houses were previously one big house before being separated into two semi-detached homes, so Harry could be planning to merge them back together again. The latest North London property in Harry’s name is an 18th century villa. Each of the properties certainly has character, as the second mansion is a five-bedroom Georgian house across the road from his first.

On songs like “Keep Driving” and “Grapejuice,” the airy, sumptuous grooves clear a space for Styles to explore a sense of desire that’s tinged with openness and vulnerability. Harry’s House was announced back in March, and includes the lone single “As It Was.” The track received a colorful, choreographed music video days later. The striking visual—featuring Styles dancing on a rotating disc in a sparkly red jumpsuit—was directed by Ukrainian filmmaker Tanu Muino.

We are eager to watch what he accomplishes with his expanding real estate portfolio. There is also a hot tub, a deck, a small garden with a pool, and tall walls and trees for further security and seclusion. The residence was the ideal place to hide out when their romance first began, though it has been said that they have since moved on to a single-story home in the Los Feliz neighborhood of Los Angeles. One of the three bedrooms has a wall of windows that overlooks the outdoor space and a private ensuite bathroom.

Other A-list stars who call Hampstead Heath home include Benedict Cumberbatch, Helena Bonham Carter, and Ricky Gervais. In 2019, a homeless man who spent months camped outside the pop star’s home was found guilty of the offence. Styles first encountered Pablo Tarazaga-Orero outside his home on a wet night, and was “sad to see someone so young sleeping rough”, Hendon magistrates court heard. While speaking with Apple Music, Styles explained that "Love of My Life" is "a song about home" that initially felt "terrifying" because of its minimal musical accompaniment. On the track, Styles shares the "unfortunate" side of his bustling life on the road as he sorrowfully sings, "It's not what I wanted / To leave you behind / Don't know where you'll land when you fly." "Cinema" centers around the sensual side of a new relationship and piecing together where you both stand (and features some very NSFW lyrics too).

Where does Harry Styles live in America?

One of Styles' most gut-wrenching tracks, "Falling" offers an introspective take on heartbreak. The haunting piano-driven melody emphasizes the pain in Styles' voice as he realizes his harmful habits caused him to lose a lover. After a wildly successful debut and sophomore record, you'd think it was impossible for Harry Styles to top himself. Yet, his third album, Harry's House, proved to be his most prolific yet.

Love Island

One of Styles' boldest steps into the rock genre, "Kiwi" tells a story about a rebellious and free-spirited girl who captures Styles' attention, despite knowing she's no good for him. In this lively track, Styles trades polished pop for unfiltered rock vocals, showcasing an edgier side he hadn't displayed in his boy band days — both lyrically and sonically. Harry and Olivia Wilde share a modest yet magnificent property in LA, which is a more recent addition to his real estate holdings. The home, which features three bedrooms and two bathrooms, was built in 1952. The redbrick structure, which was formerly a factory, is now home to a collection of opulent apartments for the rich and famous.

When a rock star becomes a lifestyle influencer, he announces it with a Better Homes & Gardens cover. Styles’ appearance in the June issue of that publication—which runs articles about organic fertilizer and Meyer lemons and rarely profiles musicians at all, much less those of Styles’ stature—brushes off the music press and cleverly promotes Harry’s House, his third album. Harry is pictured in Gucci pajamas carrying a breakfast tray; the story’s very existence signals his hard turn into comfort and leisure. On TikTok, Harry’s House single “As It Was” is a go-to soundtrack for supercuts of curated domesticity. Harry Styles has several homes where he can stay after his music tours, thanks to his expanding real estate portfolio. Given that he's still young and his popularity doesn't appear to be declining anytime soon, it's safe to assume that his portfolio will continue to grow over time.

Making The Album

Numerous critics and publications listed Harry's House in their year-end ranking of the best albums of 2022, often inside the top-ten. This home is ideal for outdoor living, with large floor-to-ceiling doors and a sizable balcony that provides amazing views of the Los Angeles cityscape. This house was established in 1967 and was originally designed by Alejandro Ortiz to reflect the laid-back way of life in Southern California. The house, which is surrounded by 30 acres of gorgeous parkland, was built at Queen Victoria's request but was converted into lavish lodging in the twenty-first century. Harry Edward Styles is an actor, singer, and songwriter born on February 1, 1994, in Redditch, Worcestershire. He was raised in Cheshire and was born to Desmond Styles and Anne Cox.

"Do you think I'm cool too? Or am I too into you?" The singer's fans believe this track to be about his girlfriend, actress and director Olivia Wilde. Late-night longing comes into play in "Little Freak," a soft, melodic track about a relationship that slipped through Harry's fingers before it could ever start. "I disrespected you / Jumped in feet first and I landed too hard," he confesses during the song's middle eight. "You never saw my birthmark." Now, as he reflects on what could have been, he sings, "I'm not worried about where you are / Or who you will go home to / I'm just thinking about you." In an interview with Howard Stern, Styles described "Daylight" as a "stream of consciousness" song about being infatuated with someone. First unveiled during his headlining performance at Coachella in April, "Late Night Talking" is a glittering, disco fever dream that encapsulates the fluttery feeling of being completely infatuated with someone and wanting to spend every waking moment with them.

harry styles house

Measuring 3,000 square feet, it includes three bedrooms and three-and-a-half bathrooms. All plenty of reasons to write a song titled “Ever Since New York,” which was incidentally released that same year. Harry Styles has come a long way from his humble beginnings in Worcestershire, England. Styles has also gotten into the A-list pastime of building up an impressive real estate portfolio, growing the number of places that he can call home at any given point during his world tours. As for his latest album, Harry’s House, the title was both inspired by Haruomi Hosono’s 1973 album Hosono House and the sensation of actually, well, being at his house. Perched behind high walls and gates for privacy, the four-bedroom, three-and-a-half-bathroom complex features French doors, hardwood floors, and skylights.

The idea of calling it Harry’s House was something that I think I’ve had for a while. I think, when I originally had it, it was about a specific house in a kind of geographical thing, and then, I think, during the process of the album, that became much more of an internal journey of finding home and peace within yourself, and all of that kind of stuff. So, it kind of went through a lot of different meanings, and I think all of the meanings that it went through are kind of what makes it what it ended up as. I think maybe, maybe when you’ve heard the album, maybe you’ll have like an answer. Then, on March 18, the youarehome account on Twitter started posting spoilers about the album daily, such as lyrics and themes on the album.

Obviously, the pandemic and everything kind of added to the way it was made, by a few people in a small room, and whether we kind of moved around the world a couple of times, it was pretty much kind of that cool group of few people that I’ve worked with. I think it’s also the most free I’ve ever felt making music, it’s the most proud I’ve felt on anything I’ve made. Styles highlights his vocal prowess in a different way on One Direction's youthful FOUR cut "Clouds." Not only did it feature extensive, powerful vocal runs, but it also showcased the rock sensibilities of his voice. "Clouds" diverted from 1D's traditional pop sound and ventured into a more guitar-driven style, incorporating rock elements and arguably foreshadowing the sounds of Styles' debut album released three years later. Since his solo debut in 2017, Harry Styles has become one of pop's biggest names by pushing the boundaries of the genre.

Additionally, the house has numerous windows, skylights, and doors that provide a great view of the garden. It is properly enclosed by a brick wall that is equipped with security cameras. However, he has a remarkable collection of breathtaking real estate, having lived in New York, Los Angeles, and of course, England. He now looks to be sharing his time with his new partner Olivia Wilde between London and their eccentric rental home in Los Feliz, California.

In addition to the master bedroom, the second bedroom below has a single bed, toys, and a hamster cage. In the backyard, amenities include a pool and hot tub, a cabana and an outdoor bar, while the house also includes a home theater, gym, office and two-car garage. Furthermore, there's also plenty of amenities to enjoy in the outdoor areas adjacent to the Harry Styles house.

As of this week, all of his projects have reached a special milestone, with his most recent full-length just now making it to that mark. The release of the song marked a turning point in Styles' career, enabling him to embrace a more mature sound and gain credibility as a solo artist. His continued exploration of genres is a trait that Styles has carried into his later projects, ultimately establishing his status as a genre-fluid artist. The set of shows serves as a seeming continuation of his massive 42-date Love on Tour from last year. This time, though, he’s converting arena venues into Harry’s House as he performs songs from his new record in just a few cities. The mid-century house, constructed in 1952, was sold in 2014 for just under $1.4 million.

Harry’s House was always destined for success on the Billboard charts, but it was kept alive, at least in part, by the incredible performance of its lead single. “As It Was” debuted at No. 1 on the Hot 100 and held there for 15 weeks, ranking as one of the longest-charting leaders of all time. He followed it up with two other top 10s and several other Hot 100 wins from the same set.

The butterfly latte is an Instagram favorite thanks to its vibrant coloring and use of blue butterfly pea flower. If you like sweeter coffees, there are plenty of great options on the menu. The zesty and slightly spicy "queen" avocado toast is also a great grab for breakfast. When it comes to enjoying some ice cream on a scorching Miami day, your treat often resembles a milky, runny mess by the time you take five steps outside.

Finding parking in this crowded and popular Sunny Isles shopping plaza is extraordinarily annoying. Still, there's the promise of a literal carrot dangling at the end of that ordeal — that is, fresh, organic carrot juice served in small, large, quart, or half-gallon containers at Miami Juice. Neither the parking, lines, nor wait has dissuaded devout fans of the Miami juice establishment that has been operating for decades.

In 2018, Yonnie Hagos and Ajay Relan first opened in the historically Black neighborhood of View Park-Windsor Hills, hoping to help locals connect, caffeinate and continue the climb towards success. Since then, after being featured on HBO's Insecure, the coffee shop is now backed by showrunner Issa Rae, who's helped Hilltop expand to Inglewood, Eagle Rock and Downtown. And Eagle Rock locations have plenty of tables and a few charging outlets apiece, while the Inglewood shop’s lofted couch seating is more conducive to casual morning or afternoon hangs. Named after a competitive French cycling term, this small bike-friendly coffee shop in Culver City offers excellent breakfast burritos, market-priced single-origin matcha and a deep commitment to the surrounding community. Super Domestic's larger Washington Boulevard sister spot, Mañana Coffee, also sells a bevy of plants and other assorted artisan goods. Both coffee shops roast their own beans and make all alternative milks and syrups in-house, for quality you can taste in every sip.

Or check out its sister location, Woodcat Coffee, located farther down Sunset Boulevard in Echo Park. Located on the Westside in the hip beach town of Venice, the original Menotti's Coffee Shop is a local gem that blends coffee with culture. However, the second Culver City location has become equally as popular, while the on-the-go sprinter van brings your favorite brew straight to you on wheels. Patrons are able to check where the van will be each week, but it can also be booked for parties and private events such as weddings or birthday celebrations. This grab-and-go coffee shop is a charming and quaint neighborhood spot that specializes in traditional espresso shots and concoctions.

Another popular drink is the turmeric almond macadamia latte. Go Get Em Tiger also has tons of tasty breakfast items ranging from a lemony avocado toast to baked goods. Located off Montana Avenue in Santa Monica, Primo Passo Coffee Co. is a modern coffee shop that sells everything from iced matcha to classic cappuccinos. Despite being sleek and aesthetic, this locally loved coffee shop has a neighborhood feel, and you'll always find people hard at work on their laptops while getting their caffeine fix. Coffee is definitely the star of the show here, but Primo Passo also serves some tasty pastries and sweets.
